ORDERING
- This contract govern all terms applicable when a customer (hereby referred to as “you” or “customer”) purchases a product from RAV Sverige AB (hereby referred to as “RAV by Sweden” or “us”) through the website www.ravbysweden.com/en. No other terms and conditions shall apply.
- By ordering from https://www.ravbysweden.com/en you accept these terms and conditions.
- Orders can only be placed by individuals over 18 years of age. Products can be used by individuals under the age of 18, however, orders should only be placed by individuals legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are younger than 18 you can accept these terms and conditions only with the consent and approval by an adult.
- By accepting these terms and conditions, when placing an order, a legally binding contract is entered between you as a customer and RAV by Sweden. If you do not wish to follow these terms and conditions, please refrain from placing an order. By placing an order, you accept being liable for payment of any outstanding amounts in full, including additional fees in case of delayed payment or failure to pick up package.
- When you have placed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation to your email adress as entered by you at checkout. In the confirmation you will find all information regarding your order, including name of product, price and shipping address.

DELIVERY
- We use Fraktjakt as a logistics partner and DHL as a logistics carrier when shipping our products to you as a customer. Through DHL we offer Parcel Connect or Home Delivery service which you as customer choose when placing your order.
- Your order gets packed and picked up by DHL within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please note that orders placed during weekends on holidays gets shipped the next working day.
- When you order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your package as well as a text massage and/or an email when the package can be picked up at your local DHL Service Point, for the Parcel Connect service.
- If at checkout you chose the DHL Parcel Connect Service, you will be required to show valid ID when picking up your package. The package is available up to 14 days after arrival. If the package has not been collected within that timeframe it is returned to RAV by Sweden. Any costs arising from failing to pick up your package will be charged to you as a customer.
- Delivery time varies depending on shipping destination of the package but averages between 3 – 10 days. If delays were to occur (without prior notification from us at RAV by Sweden), please contact us at hello@ravbysweden.com and we will try our very best to help you. Please allow for 10 days working days to pass before contacting us.
- If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt by you, it is important that you promptly notify DHL who will make a note of it in their transport documentation. It is important that this is done immediately and signed by the DHL carrier.
- RAV by Sweden cannot be held liable for delays caused by DHL or Fraktjakt.
PRICING
- All prices on www.ravbysweden.com/en are in listed in Euro and includes VAT.
- We maintain the right to change product prices at ay time, or in the case of incorrect pricing information, to update it accordingly.

RIGHT OF RETURN
- When placing an order at www.ravbysweden.com/en you as a customer have a legislated 14 day right of return. This is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU from the European Parliament on the rights of customers, in addition to the Home Sales Act in Sweden (distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59). Your 14 day right of return is applicable from the day that you receive your order.
When exercising your right of return:
- If you want to exercise your right of return you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@ravbysweden.com. In your email clearly state your name, address, email and order confirmation number as well as the product you would like to return.
- When returning a product, the customer is responsible for shipping including costs associated for returning the product to RAV by Sweden as well as the product returning safely. We highly recommend using tracked shipping. In the case of the product getting lost due to customer not using tracked shipping, RAV by Sweden cannot be held responsible.
- For your right of return to be valid, the product must be returned in a similar condition as it was when shipped from RAV by Sweden, meaning unused and in its original packaging.
- Return of payment will be done when the product has been returned and received by RAV by Sweden. RAV by Sweden has the right to charge the customer a fee if the condition of the returned product is not deemed to be unused or if the product is damaged.
- Customer choosing to not pick up their package at the DHL Service Point is not a case of a customer using their right of return.
- The right of return is not applicable when placing an order for a customised product, such as our Experience Amber excursion. Please see Directive 2011/83/EU for more information.
COMPLAINTS
- We inspect all products before shipping them to you as a customer. If the product however were to arrive in a damaged condition when you receive your package, RAV by Sweden is responsible for compensating you. Compensation can be done by repaying the amount you have purchased the product for, replacing it with a similar product if available or by repairing the product you have received. Please contact us at hello@ravbysweden.com and we will do our very best to help you.
- Customers must always contact us before returning a faulty product and the complaint should be done immediately when the defect is noticed by the customer, latest 14 days after receiving your product.
- RAV by Sweden products are covered by a one year warranty from the day of receiving your product. If within this period of time, repairs are carried out by RAV by Sweden without any additional cost to you as a customer. If outside of this period of time, repairs are carried out by RAV by Sweden without any additional costs to you as a customer, however, costs associated with shipping the product to RAV by Sweden for repair is borne by the customer.
- Please note that many of RAV by Swedens products are limited edition and one-of-a-kinds. We can therefore not guarantee the replacement of a faulty product with an identical one at all times.
How to file a complaint:
- When noticing a fault with your RAV by Sweden product, send an email to hello@ravbysweden.com where you clearly state your name, address, email and a description of the issue or faulty product.
- If a similar product is available, we will offer this as an alternativ. If a similar product is not available, we will offer to repair the fault product free of charge (depending on warranty period, please see above). If we cannot replace or repair your faulty product, we will reimburse you for the purchase cost of the product.
- We maintain the right to deny a customer the right to complain in the case of the product not being deemed faulty. In those situations we follow the legislation of the European Union, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU which you can read more about here.
- As soon as we have received the faulty product and inspected its conditions, we will repair or replace it. In the case of us repaying the purchasing sum, please allow for 10 days before the sum is available in your bank account.
Limitation of liability
- RAV by Sweden cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage or harm caused by the product.
- RAV by Sweden cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues arising due to conditions outside the company’s realm of influence (force majeure). These conditions includes, but are not limited to fires, warfare or governmental policy change.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- We maintain the right to update any product information on the website www.ravbysweden.com/en at any time, including product stock.
- As each amber pieces is unique, differences from product to product occurs. RAV by Sweden can therefore not guarantee that photos exactly depict each individual amber stone as some color nuances for example can differ. This can also be influenced by changes in computer screen size, resolution or photo quality. RAV by Sweden always strive to depict our products as truthfully as possible but reserve the right for a product to have slight size or color differences to a photo presented on the website.

Personal information
- We care about your personal data and do not collect more information than necessary to be able to process your order. We do not under any circumstances sell or forward your data to third parties. Below follows a summary of how we process your personal data when you shop at RAV by Sweden, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What do you mean by personal information?
- A personal piece of information in this case refers to information that, indirectly or indirectly, can be tied to a physical individual.
What information do we store?
- To be able to process your order we store your name, adress, phone numer, email, IP address and purchasing history at www.ravbysweden.com/en
- Your information is stored as long as we have a legal obligation to store it, for example by fulfilling the Accounting Act in Sweden where the company is based.
Which information is shared and with what purpose?
Payment provider
- When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use is Stripe. Shipping
- In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping company we work with is Fraktjakt and DHL. Newsletters
- If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, the first name, last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Mailchimp to send out newsletters. Information about Mailchimp’s privacy policy can be found here.
Server Hosting
- RAV by Sweden uses one.com as a server provider. More information on how one.com complies with the Data Protection Ordinance can be found here.
WordPress

Your rights to your data
- If you have an account or have written any comments on this website, you can request an export file with the personal information we have about you, including all information you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not include any information that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.
